Even though the snow is laying all around us, we've got to put on our snow gear and wellies, and trudge through it, because Violet's got an Easter Bonnet competition at school today.
Doesn't she look a pretty picture on such a cold, wintery day.
I didn't spend much time on this year's effort, compared to last year when I laboured for far too many hours.
Unfortunately, it didn't win, but we all loved it, and I made it in to a beautiful Easter wreath when it's competition days were over.
Fingers crossed that this years valiant effort will do better.
