Thank you so much to all you lovely people for your congratulatory messages regarding my upcoming nuptials. It's all very exciting. We're getting married at York Register Office in June, so not long to wait.
I popped in to town yesterday to pick up my dress. Do you want to see it?

I am supposed to be helping out in school today, but Violet's quite poorly, so instead I'm at home looking after the little lady. I say little, but she'll be turning 5 next week. How did that happen?
Right then, I'm off to make some mushroom soup before I freeze to death.
