A beautiful tribute, Jill. It will be 15 years in July since my sister died, I don't think that time heals, it just makes the situation easier to deal with on a day to day basis, but as you say, we miss them more than ever.
A very lovely way to say how you're feeling in a post - the photos are great. I'm getting Mother's Day done with now in blogworld, so I don't have to address is nearer the time, I like to put my head in the sand that way, it's partly why I think we don't much celebrate b-days etc around here (well, not for the grown-ups) as my Dad died on my B-day so I've always preferred it to pass by quietly and generally celebrate in the weekends before or after, if at all. You know, all three generations in your family have the same smile, I can V in there. Bxx
