I've just walked down to the Post Office in the pouring rain to post my Fairytale Swap parcel off to my partner who lives in Canada. When the guy behind the counter told me how much it was going to cost, I think it would have been cheaper to travel over to Canada to deliver it personally.
Oh well, everything is finished and it's now safely on it's journey across the ocean.
I'm alittle anxious.
What if Alana doesn't like what I've made?
Hopefully, it won't take long for the parcel to arrive, then I can show all you folks exactly what it is that I've been upto.
There's not much else to report today - only rain, rain and more rain.
Yeah I hate posting things abroad, even just over the pond is bad enough. Whenever I'm trying to work out what to get my relatives in Ireland I'm always looking for options that are nice presents but extremely light in weight! Same goes when I'm sending stuff to my friend in America.
ReplyDeleteAm sure she will love everything you've made, really looking forward to seeing what you've done!
Looking forward to seeing your make. At least the rain makes everything green and fresh.
ReplyDeleteOuch on the shipping costs, but your swap recipient is really going to love your offerings.
ReplyDeleteI know! It costs a fortune!! I'm sure she will love it though. Rain here too, but forecast looking better for the weekend. xxx
